Our digital products (including “The Man Test” and any associated materials) are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time customers.


2. Eligibility for Refund
  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase date.

  • Refunds are available for first-time purchases of digital/downloadable products only.

  • Repeat purchases or renewals of the same product are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be granted if a technical issue prevents you from accessing or downloading the product, and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team.

  • Refunds are not granted for minor dissatisfaction, misunderstanding of product content, or if you have fully accessed/downloaded and used the product.


3. How to Request a Refund

  • Your name

  • Email used for the purchase

  • Order or transaction number

  • Reason for your refund request

We may ask clarifying questions to verify your identity and ensure the fairness of our policy.


4. Processing Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method through Stripe or PayPal.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Refunds will be issued in U.S. dollars; if your card or PayPal account is in another currency, actual amounts may differ due to exchange rates or processor fees.


5. Exclusions / Limitations

We reserve the right to deny a refund in the following cases:

  • If more than 30 days have passed since your order.

  • If you are found to have abused or violated the Terms of Service.

  • If the request appears to be fraudulent or abusive (i.e., repeated refunding/repurchasing pattern).

  • If you have already accessed, downloaded, or used a substantial portion of the digital product(s), except where a technical fault from our side is proven.

  • Refunds are not offered for any services, private consultations, or non-digital physical items (if any).

We reserve the right to update this policy. Any changes will be posted on this page with the new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the updated policy.


  • This policy conforms with the refund requirements and best practices of Stripe (Stripe Terms), PayPal (PayPal Terms), Meta (Facebook) advertising policies, and the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) standards for online transactions.

  • If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated through Stripe or PayPal, we reserve the right to provide all records of your purchase and communications to the payment processor, and your access to purchased content may be revoked.
